Thank you for choosing Richard Funeral Home. Once you contact us; one of our team members will be in touch soon to set an appointment for your Arrangement Conference.

At this conference you will discuss what types of service you will create to celebrate your loved ones life! Additionally you will choose dates, times, and discuss finances.

The following information about your loved one will be needed at the arrangement conference to begin the process:

• Your loved one’s full name and Birth Certificate
• Social Security number and Drivers License
• Date and place of birth
• Address at the time of death
• Marital status and the surviving spouse’s name, if applicable
• Veterans discharge papers (DD-214) if applicable
• Father’s name
• Mother’s full name, including maiden name
• Place of death and Dr.’s Name
• Highest level of education and occupation
• Insurance Papers
• Small Picture of your loved one
